THE 9TH ANNUAL FAVORITE 5 COUNTRY FARMS HOLIDAY TOUR BEGINS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. DATES: NOV. 29,30 DEC. 1 DEC. 6,7,8 DEC. 13,14,15 HOURS: 10 AM TO 4 PM DAILY This self guided tour is a great family tradition with lots of folks already. Make it an event for your family to enjoy. You'll travel the back roads between Wilsonville and Sherwood, Oregon through beautiful country. Each destination will be noted on the map you will be able to download from this web site in November. Admission is a can of food for the local food bank. We collected over 760 pounds during the last tour! You can leave your donation at the first place you stop. Meet the owners of these country farms and business.Enjoy their country hospitality. Learn something new about training horses by using Natural Horsemanship methods at HAND TO HEART STABLE, sign up for some riding lessions and pet the horses. Shop for great Holiday gifts, teas,herbs, and all things Lavender at BARN OWL NURSERY. Find Antiques,Home and Garden Decor Items,and lots of used Cowboy/Girl boots in the shop at TOLLEN FARM. Be sure to pet the Mini Donkeys while you are at the farm. Enjoy something hot to drink and buy a hot dog or have a bowl of chilli after you pick out your Christmas Tree at ROLLING ROCK FARM. You don't want to miss anything !
Friendly animals, good food, plants , garden & home decor, distinctively designed jewelry,soft alpaca clothing, bird houses,original water colors, vintage finds, antiques, herbs, fresh eggs, peonies and native plants, and charming farm shops chock full of great discoveries for you and your home.
 The local farm owners will be available to help you learn about and answer questions about farm life, for example,caring for and managing livestock, wool and alpaca fibers, gardens, bees, herb storage/uses, horseback riding, and the Western Bluebird recovery project .
 We host these tours to give you a chance to see what is happening right in your own "backyard".
We invite you to meet your neighbors and to see what they have to offer.
All the farms are close to the metropolitan area of Portland .
They are located between Tualatin , Sherwood, and Wilsonville.

WE ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU PLAN A SPECIAL TOUR FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. THESE GET-AWAYS ARE INDIVIDUALLY PUT TOGETHER BY OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMIZED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.  A GROUP MAY CONSIST OF FROM 1 TO 24 PEOPLE .
OUR FEES FOR THESE PRIVATE TOURS ARE VERY REASONABLE.  WE WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU PLAN AN UNFORGETTABLE MEMORY.



IN ADDITION

FAVORITE 5 COUNTRY FARMS OFFERS 2 TOURS A YEAR THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT NO COST.  WE ASK FOR A DONATION OF A CAN OR TWO OF FOOD FOR THE FOOD BANK.

THE SPRING TOUR RUNS FOR 2 WEEK ENDS IN LATE MARCH OR APRIL.
THE HOLIDAY TOUR BEGINS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING, ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS FOR 3 WEEK ENDS.

ARRANGE AN EXCLUSIVE TOUR OF FARMS booked through Favorite 5 Country Farms, which will include an Agri- Tour of at least 4 farms. Meet the farm owners and chat with them about what they raise. Find out what inspires them to do what they do. Each location is unique and has much to offer you to experience and to learn. Ask questions. Enjoy and experience all the day has to offer.

Plan to spend your day in the country on one of our custom designed tours for you. Tours may include information and demonstrations on:
*How to care for and train various types of livestock.
*Learn something about Grape Vineyard growing techniques
*Discover why Oregon is so famous for its wines.
*Get great tips on how to keep your garden watered the easy way in the summer.
*Take home a copy of a quick and easy recipe to keep yellow jackets away!
*Check out how Tom grows his great Marionberries, boysenberries, and other vine crops.

Your delicious Lunch will be served in a serene country setting on one of the farms. Yes, your group will be inside in bad weather and outside in good weather.
We can arrange transportation for groups of 15 people or fewer. When you call to set a date for your group just let us know how many folks and we will take care of the details. If you are providing your own transportation, buses holding 25 people or fewer are easy to park at most locations. We encourage you to leave the driving to someone else if you plan to enjoy the wines offered at one of our participating wineries.

Tollen Farm



Unique Home & Garden De'cor

Tollen Farm is a place of discovery. As you wander through the garden and the two shops, you'll find, Uncommon Treasures for your own home and garden. Included in the huge array of items are; arbors, benches, pots, metal garden pieces, wind chimes, bird houses, bird baths, glass vases, French milled soaps, antiques, assorted linens, scarves and jewelry on display. Enjoy the ambiance of the farm and be sure to take time to watch the lambs frolic in the orchard.

Tollen Farm is a small working farm located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Purebred Hampshire sheep have been raised here since 1979 and in 1998, the farm began raising and breeding Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys.
Miniatures Donkeys LOVE carrots and petting time with the guests who visit this wonderful place.
